Once sketch has been started Payment is non refundable
If any refunds given, the client will be responsible for any fees incurred by both parties during the transaction process.
The commissioner will be responsible for any extra fees and/or taxes that may incur from using VGen's platformEXTRA FEES:

I will be asking for any revisions during initial lineart/sketch phase so feel free to tell me anything I need to change or add before I proceed to the next phase.
I will only allow minor revisions in color stage once approved on sketch.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

I could still finish the commission in less time than the stated turnaround time but it depends on my current workload.INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Full commercial rights are not always included in given price unless I state it.
Full rights fee varies and may be subject to change.
I hold all rights to post work on my portfolio regardless of full rights fee being paid by customer.
Under no circumstances is it ok to use my art in/for AI Art or NFTs.REFUNDS

If I send you an update and there is no reply or heads up that you will be away in advance, I will continue on to the next step if I have not heard back from you within 48 hours. Any free revisions you may have wanted in that phase are forfeited.Commission Process
